2.1 Payments
Lupinedesigns.in and other associated websites accept all major:

2.2 Delivery
• Your order will normally be delivered in 5 – 10 working days for India and other than India please allow us 4-8 weeks after you have placed your order.
• Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.
• We will email you as soon as the order has been dispatched.

2.3 Cancelation
If you change your mind after placing an order for products, you can cancel the order any time before dispatching

• order reference number
• your name and address to cancel your order.
• Once order is dispatched, we can’t cancel the order.
• To cancel the order after this time you must follow Returns policy.

2.4 Returns
If you have changed your mind, and provided that the product is returned in their original condition within 15 working days from date of purchase. We will offer either:
• an exchange or
• a refund

If you claim that product is defective, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of any refund to which you are entitled via email within 30 days. We will refund any money received from you using same method originally used by you to pay your purchase.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
• You must return the product protected by insurance covering the value of the product at your cost.
• You must request for acknowledgement from us with a signature as our receipt of the returned product.
• For your security, NEVER EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US OR ANYONE ELSE!

3. FAQs for Bag Care and Cleaning

3.1 How do I clean my fabric bag?
• If your bag fabric is either made from tough polyester or Nylon:
• clean the surface with mild soap and water with a soft rag
• For best results, clean the entire panel not just the soiled area never submerge your bag in water
• Avoid using these cleaners on leather trim
• Allow the bag to dry completely in shade before storing

3.2 How to clean accessories of my bag?
• Solid accessories that go with the bags such as edges are used to protect the surface and the frames of the bags
• The other types of hardware are the straps, handles, zippers, and the locks
• If accessories have become scratched, rub lightly with fine steel wool and re-seal with lacquer or clear nail polish

3.3 How do I repair jammed wheels?
• Make sure you remove dirt particles and wipe away dirt and crusty mud on the wheels of the travel bag
• It’s normal for high-density plastic surfaces to scuff or dent, but it should not crack or break
• To clean, wipe down with mild soap and water as needed. No lubrication is necessary for the wheels

3.4 How do I remove the foul odour from the bag?
• Sprinkle baking soda on the interior and exterior of the bag
• Leave it on for an hour
• Baking soda can effectively diffuse unwanted bag odor
• This will also help get rid of lingering stains and dirt. After an hour, vacuum the travel bag again to get rid of the baking soda residues
• To deodorize the bag once again, try spraying it with lemon juice solution. Just mix one cup of lemon juice with one cup of water
• Place it in a spray bottle. Spray it all over the bag
• This should work in diffusing unwanted bag odor
• Let it dry completely. Place the bag in an area not directly exposed to the sun

3.5 How do I store my bag when not in use?
• Travel Bag that is not being used at the moment need to be stored properly
• If you store it in a damp moist area then the bag is likely to develop mould and fungus on it
• Keep your bags in a clean dry area to prevent any mould or mildew from accumulating on the bag
• Before you store your travel bags make sure it is empty
• Dirty clothes left in a bag can promote bacterial growth in a bags and bacteria can smell bad
• You can store bags inside larger bags
• When you store travel bags inside a larger bags you are saving space for more items in the storage area
• If you have a lot of storage it is not an issue but if you have limited storage you may want to store your smaller bags inside a larger bags
• When you put your bags in storage you can put a dryer sheet into each bags
• The dryer sheet will help prevent any mould or mildew from growing on the bags during the time it is in storage
• A travel bags that is stored in a dry place with a dryer sheet in it will smell nice and clean the next time you use it
• If you are storing a smaller bags inside a larger bags you can put a dryer sheet into each bags for better prevention of mould and mildew
• You can use any fragrance of dryer sheet that you want to store in a bags
